White Dragon Martial Arts Schools

Can’t be more pleased with my experience. All the teachers are super nice and so willing to help. The classes are challenging but fun. Since I started they have added more classes teaching different things which keeps you wanting to learn more. I am fairly new to this and it’s hard to change your schedule to do something new and make the time but I am so happy I did. Give it a try:)))

I always thought that learning martial arts would be fun and interesting. What I didn't realize is that it is also a great workout too! I am a pretty athletic person, but the lessons and classes helped me to get into even better shape. I used to do the gym thing but in all honesty it's pretty boring and there is no real purpose to it. At White Dragon, I'm working out and learning something of value at the same time. I've lost some fat and gained some muscle in the process. I feel fit and can usually run circles around my other friends when doing a local hike or bike ride. They are always commenting that I have great cardio. I credit the training at White Dragon for this. I've been at the school for a few years now and I can't imagine what it would be like without my weekly lesson and classes.
