Money and gift cards were stolen from my purse. It was dumb to leave a purse in the car, but I did not think I would be valet parking it. I expected to park and walk away with the keys. When I got there they forced me to have my car valet parked. The money was stolen by an employee or when they left my van unlocked and unattended after retrieving it. There were also many scratches on my bumper not there before. I filed a claim which they ignored. If an employee will steal money, he will steal anything, change from an ashtray, a ring in the console, or a child's ipad left in the backseat No car can be cleared before allowing it to be parked.

The agent that took my report told me she completely believed my claim and felt so horrible that someone in their business had done this to me. Her horrible feeling did not extend to reimbursing my stolen money, fixing my bumper, or even giving me back the fees I paid to park my car there. The company are thieves! Beware it will happen to you!

Worst company ever!!!

Put a huge dent in the side of my car and Lisa wouldn't respond or look into the situation.

Left us at the port for 90 mins waiting for a ride.

Don't park here. Pay a little more and get better service.

PARKING PUBLIC BEWARE! We parked our vehicle in their lot on 4/18/13 and returned to pick it up on 4/21/13. Upon returning to the vehicle i found a large dent in the rear passenger panel. It was clear that they were aware of the damage because the large black Escalade that caused the damage had already left the lot and tried to claim that their vehicle had been damaged. The shift manager "Troy" reviewed the scene and agreed that there was no way that our vehicle could have caused the damage based of the dynamics of the parking spaces and the point of entry and exit. Not receiving a call back as promised we left our 1st message requesting a call back from Lisa McGhee the owner/manager. We have repeatedly called the business and left messages for the owner to return our call over the last 5 weeks with a constant excuse that she is very busy and that we could not call her because she does not have a cell phone! Reading other reviews of this business we found the exact same complaint posted by a patron in March 2013. Its amazing that this business owner will leave me no option but to resort to legal action.



I have just received Ms. Lisa McGhee's (Owner/Manager SD Airport Parking) response to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am absolutely flabbergasted by her statements. The only accurate claim is that our car was damaged while under her control on her property between 4/18/13 and and 4/21/13. Her own employee supervisor "Troy", after investigating the circumstances of the incident agreed that the damage was caused by a black Cadillac Escalade that was parked beside our vehicle and that there was no way our vehicle could of caused the damage. In addition we were never provided any contact info as to the owner of the other vehicle. It is true that we made multiple calls to Ms McGhee in that she refused to return any of our calls for a six week period and only returned our call after we filed a complaint with the the BBB. Then as recently as two days ago she agreed to repair our vehicle but we had to use her person who would do the work over the weekend off the books with no paperwork, obviously through some unlicensed, uninsured party.

Now she fabricates some story that we had requested that they wash our vehicle while in there possession (completely false) and since that never happened we are guilty of making a false claim and they have no responsibility. Ms. McGhee is a piece of work and if you investigate other claims made on the internet you will find exactly the same "MO" of refusing to respond to claimants with damage to their vehicles while under their custody. She just refuses to return phone calls while her staff are coached to say she is "very busy" and then finally that "she doesn't have a cell phone" - also false! (619-453-7709). I intend to post these business practices of Lisa McGhee and SD Airport Parking over the internet so that other members of the public understand the risk they are under by using their service. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau will see fit to warn other members of the public as well. I will also be filing a legal action to force Ms Lisa McGhee to take responsibility for damage to our vehicle while it was stored on their property!

I had to drop my car off here ...

I had to drop my car off here at 5am one Saturday and was running late. (Who wouldn't be?) Anyway, I was panicking because the 5 to 6 hour is apparently crunch time here and a whole shuttle filled up and left, leaving me stuck waiting for the next one. But in less than five minutes, the next van drove up and took us all to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Except for that little bit of anxiety at the start, the experience was perfect. Just a short wait when I got back, and then they picked me up and drove me back to the lot, I paid and left. Simple, easy and affordable. I couldn't be happier.

This is the best kept secret i...

This is the best kept secret in parking. A friend recommended them for parking while at Comic-Con, and I was very satisfied. A tiny, out of the way place that offers the lowest price and the highest quality service of any parking company I've ever used in San Diego. It's a little tough to find off Pacific Highway your first time, but once you know where you're going, it's a breeze. They even asked me to leave my keys with them, and parked it themselves at no additional cost. I guess not many people know this, but leaving your keys makes THEM liable for ANY damage to your car. Talk about full service customer satisfaction. These people deliver!! I'll be using them from now on.

Our family's been using this p...

Our family's been using this place for about 15 years, and we've got nothing but positive things to say about it. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the check-in process is smooth and easy, and the shuttle ride to the airport is usually no more than 10 minutes long. The trip is more comfortable and enjoyable than ever now that they've upgraded their shuttle vans. The secure lot with a person on duty 24 hours a day gives us peace of mind when we need to leave our car there for a week or two at a time. And the price just can't be beat. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable cost.

SERVICE IS TOPS!!

I am a pilot and have used this parking lot for years and I can say first hand...this team goes out of the way to make sure that your experience is smooth. They really put the customer first and I continue to be pleasantly surprised by this staff. If a customer has an issue, they go out of the way to make sure you have a voice and are heard, this is just the kinda of customer service you do not see too much these days;however, they seem to have it down. They really strive to make sure that the customer comes first. I keep coming back and I will continue to share this referral with my friends and peers.

I found this place from a friend...best price and good service...conveniently located and friendly staff. I appreciated the personal touch, Keep up the good work guys...this place has been in business close to twenty years...they are doing something right!

Great Service

SD Airport parking offers prompt, reasonable service in comfortable vans. We have used their service for shuttle to and from Lindbergh Field for several years. There is usually a van waiting when we arrive at their lot to take us to the airport, which is a just a short distance away. Upon our arrival home, we call them when we have collected our luggage and they arrive very quickly. I am comfortable leaving my vehicle on their secured premises and couldn't ask for better service!
