        Do you have this in stock? or not?

        Manager at this establishment was not allowing associates to check stock for customers calling over the phone. I live on the other side of town and it was an inconvenience to make such a trip to find out that a product I wanted was not in stock, which is exactly what happened. Manager at the time was not allowing associates to check stock even though it was apparent that the store was not busy. 10-30-07 7:00pm-10:00pm
