I am one of the most skeptical, untrusting, "how are they going to screw me" people around, so needless to say, when we drove down from the Riverside area to look at a used car that I had been trying to find, I was, as usual, ready for the normal used car experience. I still have a hard time believing that the car is sitting in my garage, and that it was more stressful buying my big screen TV at Best Buy than it was to purchase this car!!! I was working with Tommy who handles the internet sales, (I think) and he was super nice, yet professional, NOT overbearing or pushy at all and totally the opposite of what the stereotype car sales person is portrayed as. We talked price for, uhm, maybe 15 minutes after a good test drive and closed the deal with a handshake. We then went in to talk to the finance manager Mike and it was so relaxed and casual and, once again, unpressured that I kept waiting for something to go wrong. NOTHING HAPPENED!! Walked out with the keys, 2 year extended warranty and $1000 under Kelly Blue Book price for retail sale of that car. If your buying a car, this place Rocks!! Don't know about the rest of the crew, but Tommy and Mike definitely will earn your respect and loyalty. Thanks guys. Hope you get to read this.

Midway Jeep provided the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I am past being senior and have purchased many new vehicles in my life time. Special kudos to Stan and Pavel for making it a good experience. Stan actually came out in the cold wind this morning to set the Homelink to sync with my garage door opener. In my opinion that is above and beyond good service.

I haven't had much experience with service yet, but on the occasion that my ipod wasn't working with the radio, they helped me

(even though it wasn't the car's fault but problems with my own ipod).



Also they did provide a loner car for me and one that I could fit my bike into!!!

Wow. I am kind of surprised because I had a great experience at Midway Jeep. My salesman Stan was great and I got a really good deal there. I guess the new management is working on change. I give them five out of five. Stanwas even honest about something that he could have easily concealed that he knew was a small fault about the car I bought. Instead of hiding it he showed me that a small spring had popped off of the fuel door and even offered to fix it. I told him not to worry because a spot of JB weld would do the job, he was courteous, friendly, saved me time and money. In the end that is all I want from a car dealer.

We are very satisfied with Midway Jeep Chrysler of San Diego during the recent purchased of my new Jeep (7/2012). The staff was courteous; knowledgeable of their product and spent time in several test- drives. And when it came to the sale: they were upfront and expedited a cosmetic correction on the purchased vehicle. What set Midway apart from other dealerships I have experienced were their follow-up telephone calls and e-mails to ensure my satisfaction with their product they sold me.



The Salesmen there greeted my wife and I verbally and with a smile. They made us feel welcomed. Never got the feeling I was in a ‘shark tank’, but always felt comfortable.

About the Jeep Rubicon Unlimited: I was very surprise how well and smooth this SUV is to drive. In addition, it has so many amenities inside like most luxury vehicles. As I have learned, searching on the Internet helps a consumer become well informed, but for me seeing and experiencing the Jeep in person convinced me this was the right vehicle for my family.



Midway Jeep Chrysler of San Diego has a great reputation for a reason. I would recommend other to shop at Midway Jeep. Note: I drove approximately 30 miles to this dealership because of previous reviews I have read and glad I did!

My experience at Midway Jeep Mission Valley was great. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and customer service was definitely a priority for this establishment. I did not feel I was being had w/my purchase as you normally would when purchasing a car at the dealership. I did purchase a car, and will go through Midway jeep again for my next purchase. My salesman was wonderful.

I bought my 2006 Jeep Liberty here in June of 2010. This is a review for the service department.



Short and sweet: Service department here is AWESOME. I live five minutes away from Mccune Dodge Chrysler Jeep and have had more than one negative experience with their service department. Midway Jeep Chrysler is worth the 25 minute drive for me. They just did a 75,000 mile service on my Liberty. While they quoted me $250 for a worst-case scenario, everything needs replacing kind of deal, I ended up making it out the door for under $100. Other Jeep dealers would have quoted me $250 and then tried to charge me more.



I booked my service at Midway. Very friendly, great customer service. It's not the closest Jeep dealership to my house, but I'll go back for more services there - it's worth it.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty' at Midway Jeep in San diego one years ago. The entire experience, from browsing, to buying, to follow-up service to the car itself has been wonderful. We recently traded it in for a 2011 Toyota Camry, however, if we had decided to go with another preowned car, we would have gone back to Midway Jeep. They treat their customers well, in fact, we had a better buying experience there than we did recently at our local Toyota dealer. While the purchase there was fine, they lost the registration to our old car. Bottom line......WE SHOULD HAVE GONE BACK TO Midway Jeep!!!

I recieved great service at the Midway jeep dealership. The sale person Pavel was very helpful who helped me purchase my first new car. I fell in love with a Jeep because of great comfort as a driver. As I test drive the car, I felt that it was the right car for me. They helped me understand every step in purchasing my new car. Pavel customer service was excellent in finding the right color and model Jeep Grand Cherokee for me.



I recommend if you are looking for pre-own or new car come to the Jeep dealership at Mission Valley in San Diego for great service and leave happy with a good car!
