McDonald's

This McDonald's gives the poorest customer service that I have ever had at a McDonald's. One Sunday evening about 9pm I order Pies 2/$1. I ordered 3 apple & 3 cherry at the drive thru... The gal taken the order could not hear me hardly and then could'nt hardly speak english. Finally she gets the order wright however she says "we don't have any pies" and my response was " what do you mean you have none" You would think that the person in charge that night should have made or have someone cook more the minute their down to a few. Then the gal tells me "their putting some down to cook wright now if you would like to wait it will be about few minutes. Well I get to the drive thru window and she charges me Two Dolllars and sixty or so and tells me I have one cherry pie if you would like. I tell just as long as the total of pies is six. They give me the bag, I drive off and five blocks down the street I realized wait that bag felt to light for six pies. Sure enough she had bagged 3 apple and 1 cherry. Go thru the drive thru again this time the night manager comes to the window telling me that not to be given the employees a hard time. Actually in a way he was wright because actually it was his mistake for not cooking them wright away when they were out of them. Second of all the gas is not cheap and they should of made the order correctly from the first time I drove off. So after all this back and forth business with this manger I tell him as a matter of fact I don't need to be argueing about he said and she said just give me my money back. He gives me the refund for a total of $2.11 which I gave him the receipt. I look at him and look my money he refunded and tell him wheres the rest, he gets a attitude still once more and tells me what more do I want. I then tell him I gave you a receipt I don't need to cheat you don't you know how to give a refund and still holding the receipt he realizes that he had owed me some more change. The customer is always right and this manager needs to be washing the bathrooms before they loose other customers like me....................................................................................................................................................
