This place really is a "delight" as the name implies

So after numerous weeks of looking for a good hair stylist. I yelped Hair Delight Salon and I am more than pleased with my outcome. Lana has the special ability when it comes to hair highlights. I showed her a image of what I wanted and she adhered to the description, while incorporating some of her own style! She also advised me through the process and made me feel at ease and at home throughout the 2 hours.

I've been seeing Lana every 6 weeks since August, and I must say she is the best hair colorist in San Diego. I have some crazy hair color history. I've dyed my hair every hair color known to Crayola in the last 10 years, and I've forgotten what my natural hair color is. I tried to dye my hair color back to what I thought my natural hair color was and kept over or under shooting the hair color so much it just looked really awkward. Lana is the first hair colorist I've met who has made my hair look natural and amazing all at the same time. And she's so friendly and personable, too. I'm really shy and have spent my fair share of time in a hair stylist's chair listening to hair salon gossip and whoever is working on me talking to everyone except, well, me. Lana has me talking and laughing the whole time she's working on me. She also did my mother's hair coloring when she was in town, and I swear my mother looked years younger when I was dropping her off at the San Diego Airport.

The reason why I recommend this salon is because of their fantastic hair stylists. I have always had unmanageable hair and always wanted to get a hair straightening treatment, but cost was always an issue. Their Brazilian Blowouts are affordable and really effective. I now have the leisure of sporting around town the finest straight hair I never thought would be possible. Hair Delight also IMO has the best hair colorist working at their facility. There are two girls that work there, designated in color selection for every client. They do a fine job of selecting the colors to accent my facial skin tone. I also get my eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing done here and its very affordable.
