Club Pilates

Club Pilates is amazing! The trainers are energetic and knowledgeable about the muscle groups. The studio is always clean and fresh. Plus, it is large for a Pilates studio. There are 12 reformers in one room and then another 10 in the smaller studio. There are so many classes offered throughout the week and they are very affordable!!!

that within 10 sessions it got rid of chronic hip pain that I had for 10 years from running injuries. The Pilates reformer strengthens you while stretching out your muscles at the same time - amazing concept! The studio is spacious, clean and beautiful with locations in Encinitas, San Diego, Rancho Bernardo and soon La Mesa and Eastlake area.... I HIGHLY recommend it! You will learn so much more of where you are weak and what needs to be strengthened - good for all ages and levels!

I love this studio! Spacious, clean, affordable classes with convenient times, and free parking. Everyone here is super friendly and there are classes for all levels. Plus there are three studios in SD now so I love that I can get a killer workout in no matter where I am or what time of the day it is :-)
