Bobbie's Travel & Tours

I called one day to make travel arrangements for my Daughter who was preparing to travel out of the country. I kept calling for almost 2 hours one morning and finally reached someone in the office sometime after 10AM. The woman who answered the phone was Carol, she was of no help what-so-ever I really have no idea what she is even doing working in that office. I asked if there was someone there that could help me she claimed the owner was on a vacation. Now why would you leave someone in charge who is totally clueless and unable to give you information regarding travel arrangements, booking, etc. This made absolutely no sense to me! So, needless to say after wasting 15 minutes on the phone with this woman trying to get information and realizing I was getting absolutely no where I finally gave up. I ended up calling another reputable place that was actually able to help me. I asked what the owners name is and found out that her name is Barbara. I will NEVER contact them again for any travel arrangements and I will tell all of my friends not to give them any business!
