        About Properties is a San Diego Property Management Company providing comprehensive property and asset management services to clients. Our main goals in the Property Management arena are to maintain low vacancy rates and command the highest return on investment for our clients. These goals are achieved in a few different ways. By orchestrating fast property ready turn around time with seamless move in/move outs, this helps reduce loss of income to property owners. Tenant retention is another strategy that is employed to maximize return for clients. This is done so in looking at the follow areas: maintaining client / tenant relations through proper lease negotiating and structuring. Overseeing tenant improvements as well as overall property improvements. In other words making sure that the property is ready to be enjoyed by the tenant before they move in. About Properties’ definition of Property Management differs from that of the industry. We believe that Property Management is not only renting the property. Our idea of Property Management starts in assisting our clients in identifying the property to be acquired (Acquisition) through the holding period (cash flow) and all the way through the sale/exchange (Disposition) of the investment. This is accomplished by analyzing the investment performance prior to purchase.
