Rin's Bridal & Formal Gowns

I went to Rins bridal for my bridemaids dresses and the staff was very very rude. I felt like I couldn't say a word because the lady helping was yelling at me the whole time. This was the worst service I have ever had. This lady was so mean she made me cry. They ordered ALL the dresses the wrong size. They make you sign off on the dress size before they order it after THEY figure out the size. Then, when the sizes are wrong they say "well you signed off on it", ummm I guess I did. No choice. They blame everything that goes wrong on the customer and then say "we've been in bussiness 22 years". As if that justifies her rudeness. Even the staff there agreed she was being awful to me. I even asked her to keep her voice down, she just yelled louder. Worst experience for a bride to go thru on one of the most joyful parts of the journey to her big day. I wouldn't reccomend this place to any of my friends!
