PetSmart

After the news about an employee giving your address and time you will be away to her friend to rob your house, I want to share incident that happened to my wife with this petsmart. My wife brought our dog for grooming and left her Versace Sunglasses on the counter. After 20 SECONDS, she came back and the glasses were gone. No other customer was there so when she asked the employee, she replied there wasnt any glasses there and there are a lot of people goes in and out of the store. REALLY??? It was early morning incident, right just when they opened.

Beware. If you love your pet, don't bring them to PetSmart grooming center in San Carlos. The hurt my dog and never told us. She is a gentle loving little Beagle. Their head groomer broke her front nail and caused bleeding from her back end from rough treatment during a grooming procedure. When we picked her up she was shivering (but I thought she was cold). It was not until I got her home that I saw she was favoring her front paw and then saw the blood on her back side. I got her into to see our vet that day and he confirmed that her injuries were directly from the grooming and that the groomer must have known he was hurting my "girl." I called PetSmart and all they wanted to do was offer free grooming for our troubles! 1) how does that make up for my dog's suffering, 2) how does that pay my vet bill, and 3) how could they think I would ever trust them again? AND this guy is still there doing the grooming! If they wanted to make it right they would have offered to pay the vet bill, given my "best friend" something for her suffering, APOLOGIZED and either get that groomer better training or put him in a different department. I am not saying he intended to hurt my dog, but he did none the less, and he didn't report it.
