I recently visited a USPS office and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly efficient in handling my mailing needs. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly remarkable. This level of service, combined with the reliable and timely delivery of my mail and packages, solidifies USPS as my go-to for postal services. Highly recommend for anyone seeking dependable and outstanding service!

I will be using the UPS in lieu of the Postal Service. They just really do not care. The best example of this is the bogus phone numbers listed if you need help. You can not get a real person and they don't care about whether or not your package gets delivered. The updates shown on that page are as bogus as the "tracking numbers". This is a sad commentary on the postal service when their prices continue to rise.

I paid extra money for my package to be delivered on Friday. Too bad, this postal service is lazy. They can't deliver to me on weekends because my University's mailroom would be closed.



Saturday morning, I walked over there to get the package myself. The lady at the desk was very nice. She tried to get the package but her boss wouldn't let her. The boss said having university students come over can cause problems. She said the same thing when I told her that I paid extra for it to be delivered early, and they did not deliver on time.



So to sum it up: This post office wasted my money, my time, failed to deliver on the correct date, kept my package from me, and is very lazy.



Do not go here.

This is a grouchy post office. Very unfriendly. Also they will not take your prepaid packages and put them behind the counter, they make you put them on the counter next to an exit door where they can be stolen.

Will no delivered my mail!!!!
