I bought 4 twin mattresses and charged to my credit card. Next day, changed my mind and wanted to return 2. I had not picked up the mattresses. I called and asked for refund. The girl was very rude on the phone. I came to the store, the owner's wife also refused to refund. I would not shop there ever again.

Once you've chosen the furniture you want, you have to be careful here. They try to change the terms of the deal they discussed with you at the time of payment. I've been through this with them on three seperate occasions over the past few years.

I paid cash, was given a SPECIFIC delivery date, took day off and they failed to show up. Blamed factory. I rescheduled, wife left work early and they were HOURS late. Please note we lost money as we BOTH took time off to accommodate this company. Wait a minute, I was the customer!
