Qwikparts Auto Salvage

If it wasn't for the super rude Heather, this would be a 5 star review! Up until I recently had the displeasure of ordering from her, I would have recommended Qwik parts to anyone. Now I avoid them at all cost. I have never been yelled at, or hung up on before. That all changed when my order was left off the truck. Granted it wasn't her fault. But she never once apologizied or even tried to find a solution. She just didn't want to deal with me. So she yelled at me, and she hung up me. She wouldn't listen to anything I had to tell her. It's her way and that's it. When I ordered my part from Heather, I stressed that it needed to be delivered the next day. I had a customer waiting for their car, and I needed this part ASAP. She guaranteed I would have it before noon. Noon came and left. No delivery. No call. I called. She said " Oh ya. It was left off the truck." Strike 1-she knew it was left of the truck and never tried to contact me. I told her I needed the part today! I had a customer waiting for their car. Her response is strike 2. Ready for what she said? She told me that it wasn't her problem. Seriously!? Not her problem! Strike 3 was when she started to yell at me and hung up on me. After that I was done with this company. Yes mistakes happen. But the way it was handled was so unprofessional. All she had to do was call and we could have figured something out. She could care less that she put me in a bad spot. I refuse to do business with a company that cares so little about their customers. I refuse to do business with a company that treats their customers so poorly. Like I said, I never had a problem before Heather. Companies need to really be aware about how their employees truly represent their company.
