Called Jay last week about a transmission for my 2002 Ford exlorer , he said he had one but needed to pull it out and open it up , he called me back said his guyz were putting a new coil pak in it and it would be available the next day , he delivered it to my mechanic in Ranch Cucamonga , transmission installed and works beautifully , cant beleive the response the truck has , like dam near new , Jay and his guyz are first class . Called J.R. Auto Salvage looking for a window regulator for my '95 Lexus ES300. Jay answered and immediately said he had one. Drove down and waited while they pulled the part. I chatted with Jay between phone calls and I was impressed by his knowledge of automobiles and his inventory. I bought the regulator for $125.00 with tax and installed it that day with no issues.
