food? service? how about just have my bill add up - my printed receipts always ask for a larger total amount, than the sum of all the items.. they overcharge you, every time, in my experience. Twice, I had the driver go through my receipt with me. Each time, it is clear they added sales tax or a very similar amount, twice. The drivers were obviously coached on how to try & double-talk around this this, so I know it's not just me, but they can't explain how it is that when you add this + this + delivery + tax, the 'amount due" is about 8+% more than the sum of the items.. hmmm

I ordered a few dinner plates for my family and tried Wok on Wheels. Was very disappointed in the taste (it tasted like the meals were cooked on soapy pans with a detergent taste) and called restaurant to complain. They were friendly on the phone and said OK to my request for new plates to be re-sent out. But these had same cleaner taste.

I ordered from Wok on Wheels and I didn't throw the food away but I have had MUCH MUCH better (Lees Kitchen). You don't get much food compared to most Chinese places. Not really worth the money.

OK, so I am in a hotel working for a week in San Antonio. I called the Wok on Wheels to place an order and could not believe what was delivered. \r This has got to be the worst meal ever sold in TEXAS! I said sold, because it could not be consumed.\r \r I ordered Kung Pao Beef with steamed rice and another order of chicken wings. \r \r The Beef was overcooked and tasted rancid. The steamed rice was hard and could not be chewed. It found the bottom of the trash can as soon as I tasted it.\r \r The Chicken wings were not only over cooked, they were incinerated to a point they had no meat. I was snapping them in half like match sticks. These also were thrown in the trash. \r \r I guess I will walk to wendy's and spend 5 or 6 bucks for some fast food and try to forget The Wok on Wheels!\r \r I hope the rest of San Antonio has better restrauns than this.......

I have no idea what people are complaining about. Every single restaurant in the world, sometimes orders are mixed up. Yet, nobody talks about when they get good service so I will start:\r \r I used to work at Rackspace from 07 to 08 and not once did they have a problem w/my order. I love their Chicken and Brocolli and the drivers are always cool. Some people need to lighten up, things happen and everybody deserves a second chance.

I have ordered from them previously, On that occasion I would have given them maybe 3 stars. On this particular occasion I have given them 1 star, the only reason I have ever ordered from them in the first place is that they are the only chinese delivery in my area open on sunday. My experience, I ordered Beef and Broccoli the vegetables in it looked like they had been in the refrigerator for about three months and tasted like it as well, and I am almost positive that the meat came from some sort of large rodent or cat it had that wild tangy chewy flavor of something other than beef that had been microwaved for about 10 minutes to long, honestly i would have a better chance of digesting Bubble gum than this, The bottle of coke i ordered came hot as if it had been ran through a coffee maker and then re-botttled, and that leaves me with normally my favorite thing from chinese food places the rangoons, it took all the strength in my arms and my daily use of enamel strengthing tooth paste to pull the one apart that i decided to eat, obviously i did not finish my meal and i am still hungry. So i would like to thank the excellent chefs over there for their culinary excellence and 5-star training probably from Bangkok State School.

Placed a delivery order, after waiting over an hour when the order finally arrived. It was not what I ordered. I was charged $18.15 for one meal. I called the store to have them correct the order and the said I had to bring the food back. I told them I wanted them to replace the order since they are the ones who messed it up. Or give me a refund. They said that could not give me a refund. The owner refused to call me back. The manager was very rude. They will just rip you off and take ur money. Learn from me...... Dont Order From Them!!!!

If you want the worst customer experience ever then you should order from here. If not.....then DON'T DO IT. These guys make mistakes and don't care that they make them. We ordered and waited for an hour. Only to find when our order came in that they forgot a plate of food. The driver said he would get the other order but it would take 15min and that all he had to do was make a call and he would let us know. He went to his car, used his phone and just took off. We didn't know if he was going to do what he said or what. We called Wok On Wheels on Grissom to find out what happened and they said that the order was cancelled and that if we wanted to redo it we could. Unacceptable business practices here. Please save yourself some time and order from any other place that this one.
