White Pearl Medical Spa

Really disappointing. Bought 6 laser treatments and got no results. Also, they never told me about numbing cream. I found out from a friend who went to another place at session 3. I am fair with dark hair and yes, I followed directions I told the beginning on session 3 that it doesn't seem to be working. The hair grew slower but never fell out after 6 sessions. Kept getting the run around. Then a hard sell to buy more. Then was told i"it must be hormones or something".

I decided to switch to another spa that a friend went to. She is hair free after 3 sessions. I am now on my third and the hair is not growing back. I will continue the last three to make sure it is complete . Guess it wasn't me after all.

The building is a little dated, it is an older medical office, the staff is amazing! They offer some really high-end services at super affordable prices and they run great specials. I got great results and enjoy going back. They are sprucing up the office so that will help but I'd recommend them to all of my friends!

I was severely burned under my arms with the laser and will not get anymore treatments. The machine that is used doesn't blow cold air to cool your skin and the gel isn't cold. I had to cancel my entire weekend plans after the treatment I was in so much pain. I had to take pain meds and use ice packs all weekend.

I LOVED my expierence at White Pearl Medical Spa! They have registered RNs on staff and a doctor whose office is located downstairs. I just went for laser hair removal but the staff was super friendly and very personable. I was able to book my appointments without any complications and there wasn't a long wait time before my appointment. I had hair removal treatments at another place prior but it wasn't until I came here that I learned that you are suppose to be numbed before beginning treatment. The RN was very thorough and the establishment was clean. I would recommend this place to any of my friends, in fact I already have!

My husband and I visted this practice and were very happy with with the staff. We purchase a discounted package for lazer hair removal and received expert service. The staff came concerned with my husband having a few keloids, so she introduce us to the Doctor who offered information we had no idea would help us tramendously. The practice is very clean from top to bottom, the staff made sure we understand everything about our procedure. I felt secure, comfortable and sure everyone could take care of us in this procdure. Knowing the doctor was in the building and not miles away in a nother city was a plus for my husband and I. We've been to other offices and found that nobody was on site or qualified and lost lots of money by not double checking. I am not one to follow reviews of what one person may say or how one may feel about a business, I found on YP that the audience on this site tend to be more together and much more professional so I came to YP to help me with choice. First I would like to Thank YP and YP following audience, Second I would like to say White Pearl is a good choice you will be satisfied with this practice.

This practice is 20 stars if I could give it to them! I have my botox done every few months at their events the host and I'm always happy with my results. I will say the women working at the spa are very smart and have always answered all my concerns or questions. Thank you White Pearl for taking care of me and all my girl friends!

I've been a patient at White Pearl Medical Spa for the last 2 years and I have been very pleased with my services. I started a treatment call Matrix Rf this skin tightening procdure hurts so much, the results are worth all the pain. The staff have taken wonderful care of me and because of that I have continued my services at the Medical Spa. They're doctors are super wonderful and you can talk to them without having to make an appointment. I reccomend everyone to this office. I read some reviews on here and "you just can't please everyone sometimes." I hope that my review helps because I have enjoyed my visits to White Pearl Med Spa

I purchase a package of Zerona treatments back in May and recently finish my package, I was very pleased with my treatments at White Pearl Medical Spa. After reading some of the reviews I was very scatchy about this place. The deal I was offered was hard to pass up so, I took my chances. The practice is small and every person working tin the office is forsure Licensed. I double checked myself! I even called the State Of Texas to confirm License numbers due to the last comment posted on here.. The practice has two doctors one onsite everyday another onsite three of the days during the week. The staff took very good care of me making sure all my needs have been met. I am now on the Obagi Line due to some hyperpigmention I ahve had all my life and my skin is looking much better. I have been able to ware less makeup! Thankyou White Pearl Medical Spa... I will be Back!

Be warned, you don't have to be a licensed esthetician to use lasers on someone’s face and I found out the hard way with them. I should have done my homework and I wouldn't be 4 months later still reversing the damage they did to me. Do yourself a huge favor and request a licensed esthetician and proof they are. To my knowledge they don't have anyone on the staff that is, this might force the owner to start hiring licensed esthetician and also be warned they don't have a Dermatologist or Dr. of any kind employed, so when things go wrong, you get to see another one of their unlicensed employees.
