This is the best USPS location ever. There is rarely a line. The staff are so pleasant. They are open for longer hours, that makes it so much easier to get what you need to done. I skip closer ones just to come here.

Very Good Customer service!! I go there all the time to ship my package. I like the service. The great thing about them is they open late and i can stop by my work.

This is the postal location that has the latest hours in the city. For that reason, I called this morning to get some information about cut-off times for sending packages overnight and the person who answered the phone not only didn't have answers, but started cursing. After continuing to curse, the person hung up. I thought that maybe I had the wrong number because SURELY no one would curse out customers for no reason, but when I called back, it was the same man on the phone. Needless to say, I will be sending my mail from the local location a few hours earlier than I'd planned to avoid the poor service at this airport location.

I have had a post office box at the Nimitz location for many years. Recently the post office was transferred to the air port location. I submitted a change of address in late March to have all of my business mail fowarded to my phsical addreess. Based upon this experience I would rate the post office with an "F". My mail in lost (insurance policies, certified mail with checks attached). Some mail is being fowarded a month late and some mail is being returned to sender. I am very unhappy with my experience. To make matters worse no one seems to care. At 2:30 p.m. today, May 12, 2011 noone is there that can help. Call back tomorrow. I would like a response to my complaint and some help please.
