This place is horrible. Long wait time, staff is rude, and all the doctors here are trained to run the same test just to run your bill up fluids, blood test, xrays, sonogram etc. I waited for 4 hours to get treatment for my dog to have him even worse then what he was when I first brought him. Doctors will not even work with you they still charged me another exam fee when their doctor who couldn't even speak English nor treat me dog properly. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The staff are very professional & caring. We have been bringing our 4 dogs for several months but immediately felt a bond with this awesome group!

My cats receive better care here than I do at my own doctors. I would not take my cat anywhere else. They are fantastic here and always make the animals as comfortable as possible.

They let my sweet dog die!!. Their top priority is your money. they are cold and calloused. The so called night vet Garza or Garcia is incompetent and should not be their. She lacks experience. She had no idea what she was doing or what to do except to make sure you will pay. She suggested to keep my dog for 1-2 days for observation but I didn't trust her. so I took her home. She injected her with something that made her worse. She couldn't breath so I rushed her back. I was so scared and trusted them to care that I went back. I should have taken her somewhere else. The so called vet and tech are so cold and calloused. they did not comfort my scared sick dog. instead the tech had her on the floor forcing her to stay down. they had some cone shaped think blowing oxygen. It wasn't even at her face. I asked her to let her stand up but she refused. they were dong nothing for my sweet dog. Again, they didn't try to calm her down or talk to her they just stood their watching her suffer. The so called vet had to call another doctor... Stiller, also useless. Again, all they care about is your money. I am so devastated, angry and guilt ridden. I should have run out of there with my sweet dog. I trusted them, I let my sweet scared dog die alone with these cold calloused incompetent monsters. their care is not for your pet but for your money!.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Town & Country has the best hours I've encountered for veterinary clinics. I appreciate the weekend hours as it's almost impossible to take my cats in during the week with a more than full-time job. Dr. Spillers was very attentive and the staff was very friendly. They exhibit a lot of empathy for your pets and for you. They do tend to be pricey for some of their services and the front desk needs some organization to cut back the time on processing payments. My cat got a little antsy waiting in his carrier while I was trying to pay and the staff had to confirm what to charge for before she could take my credit card. In my opinion, that should have all been worked out before they presented the bill to me. Despite that however, overall, I am a fan of this veterinary clinic.

I am preparing two pets to flight them to Europe. It was hard to find a clinic doing this service close to where I live. Even though this is not the cheapest clinic, they are very clean, professional and have all the equipments and facilities to resolve your problems. Never had a problem in the 8 months I have worked with them to clear the dog and the cat for Europe's requirements. Dr Spiller has taken the time to study and explain each step of the process and their estimates have been clear and transparent, no hidden fees or charges. This clinic is more expensive than others I have used in Grissom road and Perrin Beitel but they are very professional, clean, clear and provide a good service. Staff has been friendly and appointments and correspondence has been fluid and steady. Good service, serious and professional clinic.

i called today and asked for a just a paper for a pet health certificate and they wanted to charge me with 153.53 for just a paper for travel. i think it is a big rip off for real. i can find other place for 42 at the cheap pets vaccination clinic for real.. that is a big scam for real !!

Every time I go even though I have an appointment there is a long wait. Last time it took 15 min. after I was out to get the bill so I could pay.

I have used T&C Vet hospital for my cats and dogs and I have always been pleased with the results. The waiting area's are very clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The vet's are professional and knowledgeable and have always taken the extra time to explain and make me feel comfortable about both the diagnosis and the plan for treatment. I have been to many vet's throughout my life and T&C is top of the list.

Dr. Spillers is so wonderful with animals. He can solve problems, answer questions about your pet, and is even willing to be there for you in emergency situations. I highly recommend him as a veterinarian. I promise you that he will go the extra mile for you an your pet!
