The Cleaning Authority

I was unhappy from the start, I should have listened to my gut. When the owner came to my house he was rude and seemed put off by coming to give an estimate. My house may not be 5,000 square feet in a gated community, but I still deserve the same respect as someone that does live in that type of house. The first visit the cleaning people were over 3 hours late and only showed up after I called. I suspect they didn't have me on the schedule as the woman that came told me she was having to stay late to clean my home. 2 weeks later they were late again and did a less than great job. I called to cancel after that visit and they still showed up 2 weeks later while my husband was home sick and in bed. He shooed them away and they were less than polite. I am disappointed in the professionalism at every level of this company.
