FRAUD ALERT TO EVERYONE!!!!! Was in store on Thursday 12/3/15 was quoted a price for Full Quill Ostrich boots. 300.00 off the 499.00 price. Said my husband would come try them on. He went in on Saturday same pair of boots. He checked with Liquidator badged person he said only 200.00 off. Then my husband went up to cashier where another Liquidator badged person asked for quoted price. When he told them that I was quoted 300.00 off he accused them of lying and stated that he had not given them the price. He said he might go 100.00 off. My husband then asked the other person (right in front of him) what he quoted and the stores own employee said 200.00 off. No apology was given just a "I'm not selling them for that price". I called and talked to the manager Charles, even he told me it depends who you ask as to the price you are quoted. I mentioned that signs or tags should be on merchandise stating the exact discount. All he could say was "It's a liquidation sale and I don't care if you contact the Better Business or the Consumer Fraud Department. I'll get a copy of the report." WHAT A BUSINESS, HEY???

Terrible manager!!! Ruined my boots!! No exchange. Don't waste your money here.
