        This T-Mobile store has been quite patient and instructive to me. I am even now going to have a placement phone updated with my apps and the like. They didn't haggle when I took in my broken phone, just sent for new My Touch on warranty. I have not always had good association with T-Mobile outlets, but this one is managed quite well.
