Dr. Courtney Alexander is absolutely the best pediatric dentist ever! She is a true professional and performs exceptional pediatric dental work. You just won't find anyone with her amazing talent and genuine care for taking care of children throughout their dental work. She knows how to make your child feel comfortable and relaxed. She is extremely patient and kind. The moment you meet her you will know that you made the right decision by choosing her as your child's pediatric dentist. The entire staff is also great!

Dr. Renee is amazing!! My 3yr old son had an emergency situation after office hours, and Dr Renee met us at the office and spent the time necessary to fix the issue. She was a sweetheart to our little boy and showed genuine concern and care. Her care made a traumatic situation less stressful and made our little guy feel special and cared for.

I love this place!! All of my sons have been patients at SOPD and were under the care of Dr. Susie Hayden for a number of years. There are plenty of things to do to keep the kids entertained when you first come in which makes them feel comfortable. The staff is professional and courteous and my sons had no problem with any part of treatment, whether it was getting X-rays taken, or having their teeth cleaned or having any type of treatment. The environment is geared towards children. The staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Susie, along with Dr. Renee, Dr. Courtney and Dr. Lin, are very professional and accommodating to the children. The front office staff takes the time needed to explain and answer any concerns I had. I would recommend them to any person looking for a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Courtney Alexander is a fantastic dentist! She truly cares about her patients, and it shows! She took extra time to make sure that I understood everything that she was doing, made sure that I was comfortable with everything she did for my son, and she and her assistant also made sure that my son was very comfortable and happy. He had several cavities filled and two root canals, and he was so comfortable that he didn't complain or cry at all (he is 4)! If you truly want a wonderful dental experience for your child, this is the place to go, and the dentist to see!



The front office staff was also very helpful and made sure that I understood all of my charges, and helped me put together a payment plan. They did not rush me, they answered all of my questions, and they were very friendly the entire time!



It is so very rare to find this level of service in today's busy world!

This dentist is out for the max. amount of money they can get from you and your insurance. After taking my daughter for a 2nd opinion my daughter's dental work was a 25% of what they suggested. After they give me a quote and scared me with the severity of the worked needed to be done they never called me back. I called them twice and after this I decide to go elsewhere. 3 months later they decide to collect 40 dollars for consult that was never followed through with.... Never again.... I am happy they never called me back so my daughter did not go through all that unnecessary work!

I took my child for the first time to Stone Oaks NW location: Dominion Pediatric Dentistry. I was told that even though it was nice it wasn't as kid friendly as the one on Stone Oak. I hadn't taken my daughter previously as she was so scared any treatment would have been futile. But let me say that I am so glad that I found this place. The lobby is completely kid friendly. My daughter watched movies and played while she waited. When she was called, the focus was totally on her. Super friendly staff-techs and Dr. Renee were all great. They explained step by step what they were going to do before they did it. My child was able to touch and hold equipment and "feel" it before they began cleaning. Xrays were also explained to her fully and they waited until she was comfortable before proceeding. They gave her character toothbrush, used flavored latex gloves, gave her prizes, a balloon, etc. plus she could watch tv if she wanted to. She took 5 little stuffed animals and the tech made it a point to "clean" each animal teeth which had my daughter in stitches. She loved it and her apprehension level was minimal to none!! Thank you Dominion Pediatric for wonderful service!!! I have insurance but if I didn't, I would sacrifice paying out of pocket for such good service. I read the prior review...use the props...it helps with the very little ones. My child just turned 5.

I feel this office has too much overhead and they pass the cost onto their customers. From cookies, popcorn, vending machines, unnecessary machines and too many employees (one person's job was to walk around picking up toys!) this dentist office has gone a little overboard in trying to entertain. They also charge an inordinate amount for the work that is done and they don't offer many options when providing care. It's their way or the highway. They took pictures of my children's teeth (in addition to x-rays) and made me pay for them saying that it was for insurance purposes. I told them I didn't ask for the pictures to be taken they continued to insist it was for insurance purposes (never been to a dentist who insists on taking pictures of teeth!). I really question the business practices and integrity of this office. They will never get another dime from me.

Very Happy with are very 1st visit there. My daughter had had a previous negative encounter with diff dentist office that tramatized her, by holding her down by force. But here she was very willing to participate, they used pleasent wordings for the kids as not to frighten them with words they did not understand. very informative and helpful staff. My husband even loved the waiting area I think more than the kids did! LOL Very kid/family friendly place. The hygienist and Dentist were amazing!

I found myself in San Antonio on a family trip when one of my children developed a bad dental infection. We called the hospital and were referred to Stone Oak Pediatric Dentist. To my surprise we were able to reach the doctor, Dr. Liz, who walked me thru the things to do that night until we were seen early next morning. The staff was superb with my other kids and Dr. Liz took the time to explain to my 7 y/o who was very scared, what was needed to be done. She drain the infection and prescribed the antibiotic and even called me that night to find out how my son was doing. My son recovered very well in 2 days and we were able to save the tooth. I am so grateful to the staff for taking such good care of us and to Dr. Liz for taking your time and going the extra mile care to my son. God Bless you all. I highly recommend Stone Oak Pediatric Dentist . I wish I lived in San Antonio so I can take all my kids there.

My son loves Dr. Susie. The office staff are all great. Very helpful with any issues you have. This is somewhere both you and your kids will love.
