I started going to do my laundry here and found it clean and the young lady that works there was so helpful I would recommend this place to anyone thank you very much

We have an autistic child that has a problem keeping still, so he runs around, but is not causing problems for anybody. But manager insisted that we keep him under wraps, but if we tried he would have a meltdown (marked by intense crying and throwing himself on the floor.) From time to time I would take our son to the car to relax him. The point of the matter is the fact he is disabled and is entitled to the same protections as the person in the last review above. The bathroom smell horrible, thus I would not use it. This manager needs to learn about the American's with Disabilies Act and if chooses not to follow to the law then the place needs to shut down for good.

Absolutely awful. I went there with my Emotional Support Animal and was told by "Henry" that they don't allow pets. When I told him it was an ESA and I had a letter (she was also wearing her tag), he said sorry, they didn't allow pets of any kind. I said "You mean you don't allow SERVICE ANIMALS?" He said they didn't allow dogs of any kind, but then said "...I mean, if they come in with a blind person..." I told him there were many other reasons to have a service animal, and his answer was they are a privately-owned business. I told him he needed to learn the LAW. Even another customer turned and said "You don't allow SERVICE DOGS?!" He was arrogant and rude, and I'd advise everyone to stay away from this business. Metro Laundry in Boerne is MUCH better and ESA/Service Animal friendly.
