i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI had a promotion for a haircut, partial highlights, and conditioning treatment. Like the previous reviewer, when I first got to the salon I was informed that there would be an extra $25 charge because of my "extra long" hair. My hair is mid-back length and I was not asked about its length or told about this ahead of time. On another rating site a staff person from the salon stated that this is written on the voucher (from Eversave) but I just checked and this is NOT true. I've heard of charges for extra length before so I wasn't entirely against it, but they should have made an effort to inform me. I explained I wanted subtle light brown highlights on my medium brown hair. I was informed that this would lead to another $20 charge for toner. This might have been worth it if it had turned out well, but it was awful. It took two hours to get these services (not including blowdry/style, which wasn't done) and the highlights were thick

Seshi is great. Reasonable prices if you use a junior stylist, which I did. My hairstylist was Art and he is amazing, I just got my cut and already booked my next appointment to get those ever so necessary holiday touchups.

I purchased a groupon for the Japanese Hair Straightening which was an amazing deal in and of it itself! Terry performed my service. When I called to schedule my appointment they scheduled me for February which was fine. I called a few days later to schedule an appointment for my husband and confirmed my own appointment date. The receptionist indicated that they could move up my appointment to the coming Monday (Terry opened her schedule to accommodate the groupon clientele). Nervous, I went in today for my service and IT WAS AMAZING. She was personable, truly delightful, and very good at what she does. She seems to be constantly perfecting her craft. I have SUPER straight hair, NO DAMAGE, NO FRIZZ, NO BURNED/TENDER SCALP, AND SILKY SHINY HAIR. My husband and best friend were so impressed and could not believe the results. Very nice and clean salon. Price ranges are reasonable also. They use organic color, since I have been using this I never want to go back to normal hair dye. Thank you Seshi
