Visiting Angels

I really wanted this to work, but I ended up paying $100 for 4 hours of training caregivers for zero help. (the four hours of training, they stood around watching as we provided the actual care). On the day The agency was supposed to start they sent someone who had never been to The home and did not know how to care for my brother. The agency failed to communicate that they were changing caregivers, that they were going to be late. They sent untrained personnel to the house and expected us to wait for an supervisor to come train the new provider. The supervisor never showed up. Meanwhile, my disabled brother is stuck in bed waiting to start his day. Zero communication. Zero concern for clients time.
