I relocated from Houston to San Antonio on 23 March. I had coordinated with some friends to assist me unload my belongings, but things fell through and I found myself in a bind. The storage company provided me with the phone # for Monster Movers and they saved my bacon. The three young men did a great job and acted like professionals. They were courteous and did the job in a timely manner. I plan on using them when I move into our new home and recommend them; two thumbs up!

These guys helped me pack a 26' moving truck (the largest I could rent) today. Their reputation preceded them, and they lived up to it! In just two hours, they managed to gingerly pack the entire truck (loads upon loads of boxes, dressers, couches, huge mirrors...) from the second floor of an apartment. They even shrink wrapped some of the more precious items. I couldn't have asked for better movers. The three guys were cheerful, efficient, and bright. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

These men moved my husband and I in back in Aug. 2011. They were efficient and funny. I totally plan on using them for our move to our home.

We were a military family and have moved all over using multiple movers and have never had an experience this bad. We were on a massive budget and my husband spoke to "Lisa" who quoted him a 4-6 hour job at $90 per hour. She also convinced my husband not to buy supplies from Lowe's because they got wholesale deals on boxes and would "pass that savings onto us". We bought a couple boxes the day before at Lowe's for $1.03 for larges. When they were done we were charged over $300 for 95 boxes!!! Out of their 3 man team only 1 actually worked. My husband and I packed almost the entire upstairs by ourselves. The 3 of us came down after 2 hours and the remaining 2 guys had done NOTHING to the downstairs. I was shocked! I would have said something but I overheard him getting onto them while I cleaned out the refrigerator. Later he insisted to his manager that never happened and that I made it up! My husband and I were very upset and planning on speaking to the manager after the move was completed... thats when they handed us the bill for TWICE as much as they had quoted us!!! After several conversations with Lisa and some man that she handed the phone off to after she realized she was actually at fault we were basically told we were lying about the workers and we had signed a contract so they could charge whatever they wanted. His exact words were, " I am going to choose to believe my employees over you." Well look at the reviews you idiot bc all of your 1 star reviews are claiming Lisa scammed them!"

Never use them again!! Found my kitchen stuff with shoes. Bathroom stuff with clothes. They didnt label anything! One of the mover just came in and blasted his music. At the end they said go to our website say our name and we will give you a discount on your next move! Will never recommend them to anyone!!

Carlos and his crew did a great job helping us move out of our home and move our stuff into A1 storage on October 30th. They were fast and efficient. We are using them again to move our furniture out of storage and into our new home. The staff in the office was very nice and professional as well.

I was very skeptical to use movers for my move. We have always moved our own furniture when we have moved from one place to another; when a friend gave me a business card of Monster Movers...I still didn't know whether to call or not. I finally gave in and did call and schedule my move with them. All I can say is that they did an AWESOME job! All my property was well taken care of and the 3 guys they sent out were exceptional! They moved fast, never took a lunch break, and I never not once caught them slacking off as I once did with another company which is why I swore I would never use a moving company again. Monster Movers surely changed my view on movers and I will always recommend and use them again if I ever move. GREAT JOB MONSTER MOVERS!

I have used Monster multiple times in the past 12 months, and they have always gone beyond my expectations. Monster charges by the half-hour, but the 3 movers work really fast so the charges stay well within reason. Typically 2 movers carry the items while the 3rd wraps and organizes items in the truck. Belongings are well secured, organized and covered in the truck so that everything is moved without damage. In one case, I had to pick-up from multiple locations, and Monster was flexible enough to accomodate me. My only issue is they are not always able to pick up at the scheduled time, but they always let you know their schedule status, and they have sent a 4th worker to help speed things up at no charge.
