Roosevelt Ave Mobile Home Park

I like living in this park very much. It is kept well, has a very convenient location, and enforcement of park rules makes safe and enjoyable place to live.

Terrible. I strongly advise not to move here. Rules constantly change and random fines are made. Way too controlling for the lot. If you want to live here better prepare for the owner to pick at every detail for no particular reason other than to be difficult and unreasonable. I also see cops around the neighborhood way too often. Not worth the money or the time. Lived in better places for the price and management.
