John Rios came to my home once and determined parts were needed in order to finish the job. I kept trying to contact him and finally got a hold of his father. Then another appointment was scheduled. He didn't show up. He didn't cancel, just didn't show up. When I did finally get a hold of him, he had excuse after excuse. This happened a minimum of 5 times. The rest of the time he would not return my call, emails, etc. DO NOT use this company. I am out $$$ for work not completed.
