Regis Salons

I went to have my hair colored and cut by Matt. I told him that I wanted the color to be the same as the color of my roots. He said it would be a medium brown. He then applied the color and said he had another client coming in and would have to leave me in a chair for about an hour with the color on. I asked him if it would ruin my hair and he said no. He rinses it out after about 45 minutes and gives me a deep conditioning that I did not request. After he leaves that on my hair for another half hour and takes another client he cuts my hair. I gave him specific instructions on the length I wanted the shortest layer to be because I have to wear my hair in a bun to work. He did not follow those directions and I am still not sure how I am going to wear my hair until it grows. Next he blowdries and my hair is black in the front and dark brown in the back... I spoke to the manager (George) who said he would lighten it for me, but I have decided to go and get my money back and let someone from another salon fix it...
