I also had a great experience with this clinic. The facility is excellent. (The big screen TVs and interactive lighting built into the floor entertains the kids while they wait.) I went in without proof of insurance and the front desk staff did the research over the phone to confirm insurance while I was there. They went above and beyond. I too have only a $20 copay normally, but my URGENT CARE copay is $50, which is what they charged. For Sunday morning access to a physician when my daughter had a 103 fever, this well worth the extra $30. The physician was excellent.

Awful experience at this office. Called ahead of time to make sure they accepted my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) which they told me they did. Only to drive over and have them tell me they had to call and verify benefits because of a third party insurance issue. Which in the 2 years of having the same insurance it has never been an issue. After taking 20 minutes to verify benefits they come back and tell me that we are within the network and it will be a $50 copay. Even a visit to a specialist is NOT $50 through my insurance. I declined service and went to another urgent care where they charged me the correct $20 copay.

Needless to say I will not ever go back, obviously they are overcharging to pay for their flat screens tv and overpriced office space.

This was a wonderful experience after a very eventful week. Even though the clinic did not take our insurance (United) the cost was not too tough for the pocket book. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing with our daughter and one of the most complete exams we have received. After seeing another urgent care, our own pedi, and caring for our child the best we could we finally received the care we needed and our child is on the mend. I WILL recommend this clinic to anyone who will listen! Please don't change your service! A truely unique and great facility!

Fantastic clinic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, fast, thorough, and the clinic is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

WOW, amazing urgent care for my 8 year old. Her doctor had an available appointment but when I got there, I would have been waiting a few hours before being seen. I walked right into this clinic and after only a few moments, my girl was being treated for both an inner and middle ear infection. Both the doctor and the nurse were not only professional but it felt like they were family. Front desk staff was also friendly, professional and patient with us. Extra time was taken by the actual doctor to explain the infection as well as the medication. AMAZING URGENT CARE CLINIC FOR CHILDREN! When was the last time your child's actual doctor spent more than 5 minutes with you?

This urgent care center is absolutely wonderful! The professionalism and kindness of the staff was beyond my expectations. The physician that evaluated my daughter was very thorough. His level of expertise made me feel very confident that my daughter was receiving the best care. He treated her with compassion and respect. As parents, we never want to go to an urgent care center but, if I need one, I will never go anywhere else. My 5yr old agrees!

They will also txt you when it is your turn to be seen so you don't have to show up and wait for hours, you know, Texas Med Clinic style...
