Quality Urgent Care

I've visited twice, once with a serious hand injury. I was treated quickly, courteously, and professionally both times. The PA on duty was very knowledgeable and I had total confidence in his ability.

Very unprofessional! They are so hard to get follow-up help with. They do call to check on you, but are not sincere, when asking. I told them, when they done their follow-up call, that I felt worse and they told me to give meds a little longer and they would call back, because they may need to change the meds. It's been over a week and no call back. I tried calling them to get something called in. They said they would call it right in and again, it still hasn't been called in. I have no insurance and paid right at $200, to see them and got the run around, that badly. They got their money from me and that's all they were worried about. I wouldn't recommend, that anyone, go to this place.

They are very unprofessional. The doctor's wife is loud and rude . My wife and I could hear her yelling at the doc and staff. It was dirty. There was a horrible smell of fish in the waiting room. Ahhh My family will never go there again. READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN CAREFULLY THEY ARE TRYING TO OVER CHARGE YOU, THEN VARIFY WITH YOUR INSURANCE.

Staff was friendly and nice. I loved the doctor. He was very patient and explained everything to me. I felt better the next day. I was even more satisfied when the clinic called me a few days later to see how I was doing and if there was anything more they can do for me. I am so happy we have them in our area. Will definitely go back.
