This is the worst insurance company ever!!! My husband was in an accident where he was not at fault. The at fault party is insured through pronto. This insurance company has lied, cheated, and stolen. It is shameful. I have a complaint with TDI and I am hoping they are put out of business. If you are considering purchasing from them realize the liability you are opening yourselves up too. After dealing with them and getting feed up, we hired an attorney. What we learned is our best recourse is to sue the insured personally for everything we are out because of his inadequate insurance company. I feel bad for guy.

Terrible insurance !!! Not so Pronto!! If you are looking to be insured for cheap go to Geico for liability coverage I got insured for 15 bucks a month . Plus they will send an adjuster to the accident on the spot and write you a check on the spot. They also treat their customers like gold!!!!

Worst insurance company ever to deal with.. The claim department is the worst of all. I don't know about the insured one but if your vehicle is hit by the person insured with Pronto-your are in a ditch. There is no way, your vehicle will be covered. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY.

Pronto Insurance not only has great prices but the customer service is awesome! As soon as you walk in the door they greet you with a smile and such sincerity. Unlike other places i've been to where the greetings seem forceful. I will definitely recommend my friends to Pronto Insurance.

I've had quotes from many companies, including Progressive, State farm, Allstate along with others. Nobody even comes close to touching the great rate I pay at Pronto. I have all the coverage I need at half the rate of most other companies.
I was involved in a collision a few months ago, where I was sitting at a red light and was the 2nd in a 4 car collision (Not my fault obviously)
Pronto was quick to respond and within a few days, I had a check to cover repairs. They also went after the responsible party to attempt to get me reimbursed for my deductible, but was unsuccessful. This was not their fault, it was due to the responsible party basically skipping out on the whole thing.
The point is, that they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and were very helpful.
With such great rates and service, why would anyone go elsewhere for their auto insurance?

I was at the Pronto Insurance on Fredericksburg Rd and they gave me Pizza & Cokes on a Saturday that I was there. Just to get a quote.
Nice people in there.

pues yo estaba en un acidente y la mera mera vdd es que pronto me cuido. ya habia tratado con la compania de la lagartija verde, pero cobraban bien caroo y no me ayudaron mucho hace 2 anos cuando choque.... yo solo recomiendo las cosas buenas, y pronto lo vale.

Pronto Insurance is the best!!! They are very affordable and when I had my accident they were fast with the service, I had the check within 2 weeks.!!!

I am a local independant insurance agent in the Dallas Metroplex. We represent many insurance companies and have found Pronto to be in our top three chosen by our clients. The major insurance companies require a credit check when purchasing auto insurance. Times have been tough and many of our clients credit scores have been bruised by the economy. Unfortunatly, as the credit decreases in score, the seesaw effect occures with an increase in the renewal premium. Pronto does not credit score. We have moved many of our clients to Pronto with great success. Claims? Yes they occur. Our office is contacted immedietly after a claim by a Pronto represenative. I appreciate this act, most of our other companies do not notify us. This month, Jan. 2011, we have had 3+ claims with Pronto clients. All were handled professionally and we had only praises from our clients involved. Realize that it is the responsibility of the insured to respond back to all calls from claims represenativies. Many claims are "dragged" for long periods of time do to the neglect from all parties involved. "Slow down and pay attention", we will all live longer....

They should change their name to Tortuga,instead of Pronto. If you are a driver stay away from other drivers who are insured by them. If involved in an accident with a driver who is insured by them they will try every dirty trick not to cover your car. If you are the insured person by them pay extra and switch insurances. They will try every dirty trick to disqualify you, and guess what it will come back and hunt you. If more people stop buying from them, maybe they would go out of business. Next time you are out to find car insurance remember, you get what you pay for. With Pronto, sorry with Tortuga insurance, you will get noting. Hope they go out of business, and stop taking money from people and putting it into their pockets and those stupid commercials.
