The first time you forget to pay prestamos del rey their employee's will call numerous times a day, if no answer they will call all of your references, of which my experience was that they tell the ref.'s that you have a loan with them and you are behind on payment and they can not get a hold of you. If they still do not get a hold of you, my experience is that they will call your employer and JoAnn at the Blanco Rd. in San Antonio office will come to your house harassing you for payment. Yes I realize that you should always pay your debts! But things happen like losing jobs, emergencies, etc. But they do not care. They will humiliate you with your references and employer. Like I said they are very unprofessional and will cross the line by coming to your house to collect payment. You also can not talk to the owner, employee's will not allow it. I asked to speak to the owner and they tricked me by having a supervisor call me say he was the owner Kong Kim was his name. He is not the owner, he lied to me. So take major heed when calling on this lender.
