Rip Off

Ordered pizza. Not delivered but still charged my card. Manager hung up on me twice. Said he would reverse the charge but didn't. No apology, just rude. Doesn't deserve even one star rating.

Avoid at all cost!!

I looked up this pizza place before I ordered it on my iPhone YP app. Wasn't even listed. Unfortunately I didn't see the web version till it was too late. I ordered a pizza around 9:30 from our hotel. 3 topping pizza (chicken, spinach, and mushrooms) with an order of wings. The guy said it'd take about 45 minutes. At 10:30 I get a delivery from an older gentleman. I paid cash and took it in. Opened the box and see it was a 2 topping (no spinach), and spaghetti! I called them back and after being hung up on a few times, they said they will bring another. My wife and I waited and waited until around 1am. I called the number again and was hung up on repeatedly. They kept giving me the runaround. Finally I said I'm not going to take it and went to find the place. When I arrived I noticed two guys who looked like those Homie characters along with their girlfriends inside. The door was locked but one guy came out and I told him I wanted my $20 back. He asked for the pizza back. I gave him the pizza and he gave me the money and threw the pizza on the ground and went back inside. Please, if u don't want a miserable time avoid this place! They will rip you off and not at all concerned with customer satisfation. I'm not even sure it's a real business! Avoid at all costs

Piezano's Pisseria This business is a fraud

Piezano's Pisseria... In an attempt to find out the location of this fraudulent enterprise, I stumbled upon this reviewing/rating system. Just as so many others have done, my family was very tired and chose to eat in. Being from out of town and seeing the systems designed to ensure our privacy and safety at the San Antonio Downtown Residence Inn by Marriott; when we discovered the flyer underneath our door, we assumed that this business was approved by Marriott. Of the 6 different menu items we ordered, only one item was correct. The other items were wrong or substitutions for our order. I called the business 6 different times and was hung up on the last three times I called.

I wish I had come here to check up on this ch-eat-ery. The food we did receive was poorly cooked. The MO of this money-making scam is consistent. San Antonio and its higher quality hotel establishments should be very proud to have their names connected with this alledged "food service."

Bad Business

My first time in San Antonio I stayed at a hotel near the airport. Because I was tired I asked my wife if she would like to order in instead of eating out. We agreed that ordering would do us both good and decided that the flyer with Piezano's Pizzeria looked pretty good. The menu was pretty large and the prices seemed fair. I called up Piezano's and order about 26$ worth of food. I even gave the driver a tip of $5 before my food was delivered. I was told it would be 30 -45 min before my food arrived, time I thought I would be using to rest and not spoil my apatite. After about 1 hour and 10 minutes I decided to call Piezano's about the food I had ordered. By this time my wife and I are really hungry and starting to worry about the food. When I called I spoke to a man that said that the food should be there shortly. He asked me to give it about another 15 minutes or so. After 25 more minutes my patients was really wearing thin. I was starting to feel upset and still very hungry. My wife was also starting to get upset which of course did not translate well for me. I called back to Piezano's and spoke to the same man. He told me he was sorry for the inconvenience. He also told me that his driver was not answering the phone and that because of the inconvenience he would refund my money. I was glad to hear that. I told my wife that all was taken care of and that we just needed to order from another place. We made an order to another restaurant and received our food promptly.

After returning home and some 3 days, I made a call to Piezano's to inquire about my refund. It almost felt like I was dealing with some sort of an asylum when I was speaking to the person that had answered the phone. The call went something like this, (me speaking), "Hi... I am calling about an order I placed a few days ago, I would like to speak to a manager to get a situation resolved...." (Piezano's speaking), "Uh, could you tell me what the problem is?" (me again)"Well I made an order a few days ago and never received it, so now I am calling to find out why I haven't been refunded." (Piezano's with indistinct laughter) "Uh, ok, your gonna have to wait a minute." 5 minutes passes I hang up and call back. (me speaking) "Hey look, I know you guys may be busy but I need to speak to a manager." (Piezano's) "Oh yeah, uh, I'm a manager, uh, what's up?" (me) "Okay, well I am trying to find out about an order I was supposed to be refunded for." (Piezano's) "Hey, oh, that's weird, how long have you been waiting?" (me) "Four days." (Piezano's) "Huh... well I assure you we are going to get it back to you." the next sound I hear is the clicking of the phone and silence. To wrap this up, I just want to say, this place is preying on travelers that do not know about it. If you are ever staying in a hotel near the airport in San Antonio, DO NOT ORDER FROM PIEZANO'S!!!!!

OH MY GOD why didn't I look here first!!!

I don't think I will EVER eat at another restaurant anywhere in the WORLD before looking them up first. Like everyone else, I had the flyer in the door of my hotel room. It was midnight, we were hungry. Taco Bell was 100 feet from our hotel room door - remember that, people. I called and ordered. The man who answered the phone (didn't catch his name, but I WILL FIND HIM) took our order. 2 gyros, extra veggies on one (the menu states lettuce, tomato, onion), no veggies on the other. Extra sauce please. $22.00.

At 1am, closing time for them, I called back. The same guy told me it was on it's way. At 1:30am, a driver called and said he was just leaving the restaurant, and wanted to confirm which hotel. He quoted 30 minutes. But he seemed nice enough, and was there when HE told me he would be.

After he got our $22 + $3 tip (it wasn't his fault it was late), he left. I went inside and opened the bag. It contained:

1 Mountain Dew, warm

1 Pepsi, warm

2 bags of fritos

1 gyro in pita bread, sauteed onions. No sauce. 2 small slices of meat. 2 bites already taken out of pita bread, wrapped inside in an attempt to hide it

1 tortilla, 1 small slice of meat, raw onions. No sauce.

I called back and asked them to fix it. The same guy, who sounded about 40, said "it's over tonight, man" and hung up on me. My girlfriend called back. He told her the same thing, then hung up on her too. She tried to eat it anyways, and interestingly enough it made her nauseous and she wound up having to purge it.

During the lunch rush tomorrow, if they have such a thing, we are going to pay them a little visit and ask them very politely to refund our money. If they refuse, I will return with the health inspector and the sheriff. I have already looked up the number for the health department. Want it? 210-207-8853

If anything changes and they actually try to resolve my issue, I will update this tomorrow. If I don't update it, either they didn't change anything or I'm in jail...

PS: my girlfriend says "pepto rules..."

Rip offs

If you are staying in a hotel, do not order from this company. Not only was my order cold by the time I got it (1 1/2 hours after my call), they did not deliver my order order of hot wings. Even though I was charged and paid for them, they did not return with my wings or a refund. I made several calls, and was very reserved when speaking to the manager, and was assured he would personally refund my money. I was lied to, as I never received my refund. I called the next day, they said they did have hot wings, but when I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on eternal hold. When I hung up and called back, I was told the manager was not there and that I would not be getting my hot wings. I will be repeorting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. They do not deliver a receipt with their orders, therefore they think they can cheat the paying customer and get away with it.

Oh and by the way, The food is not the greatest either.
