        My 56 yr old husband was in this hell hole for 9 mos. The staff as a whole was "too busy" but there were of course some very nice ones, but they were few and far between. Putting 2 paralysed men in the same room where neither could call for help was, IMO, just plain laziness. Would not recommend it for my dog.
