        Do not recommend

        I do not want to go into too much detail about my decision not to have my daughters seen at this office, but I do not recommend it to anyone. As a parent I do not have any faith in a provider who is able to treat and prescribe medicine for my daughters' chronic condition, but due to "legal" reasons they will not put their knowledge of their condition on paper per my request to have documentation for my jobs sake. It just seems very questionable to me that they aren't willing to back up their expertise. After all, my children are being medically treated correctly, aren't they? I'm definitely going with my parental instincts on this one. I do not recommend this office to anyone. The only reason they received a "one star rating" from me is because it is mandatory.

        I love NEPA!

        My daughter is almost 2 and I have never had a bad expierence with Northeast Pediatrics. We go to the Stone Oak location but have also used the Village Drive locations and received excellent service every time. The nurses and office staff are friendly and efficent. The doctors are knowledgeable and really love what they do. We see Dr. Mitchell and she is such a wonderful lady!
