        Welcome to North Park Toyota We are a proud recipient of the 2009 Toyota Presidents Award of Sales and Service for customer satisfaction. We are a locally owned and operated store with a new building for everyone in south Texas to enjoy. We hope you have an enjoyable experience here for all of your sales and service needs. Located at 10703 S.W. Loop, TX 78211 San Antonio we are just south of downtown San Antonio. However, if you are unable to make it to us just let us know and we will come to you because We Deliver. We built our store with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces ; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. You can enjoy a game of chess or relax while you watch your favorite program on one of our large televisions. Our community is very important to us and we want to serve not only San Antonio but all the smaller communities surrounding us as well. On March 27, 2010 our dealer principal along with other Central Catholic Alumni donated the Sholvin-Vehile Field at Kahlig Park which was built for the High School's Baseball program next to our store. We also help local charities and fund raisers on a regular basis throughout the area. From our Sales to our Service we are here to serve you and make your experience enjoyable. We provide a large selection of New and Certified Pre-Owned Toyotas with competitive pricing and financing available. If we don't have what you are looking for please let us know and we will find it. Our Internet Sales Department is dedicated to those hard to find models and we will deliver it to your home or office. If you are unable to wait while your Toyota is being serviced we will provide transporation to and from your home or office. Rental cars are available on site for your convenience and many times is covered by your maintenance plan. The Express Lube will work quickly to get your shorter services to completed while you wait. We also provide you a complimentary car wash to complete your Toyota service visit. Your expectations are high and we understand that. Let us listen to your questions and find the answers.         Poor vehicle service! Made an online appointment and selected to do the "factory recommendations" which totalled to $320. So I prepare to go and drop my vehicle with that price in mind...I was sadly disappointed. Not only did they not know what service I was going in for...I guess they can't read their own software, but they decide to start throwing all these "services" they thought I should do. I wouldn't recommend anybody here for car service, bunch of money hungry people! Over charged me, never coming here again! If I could give a zero I would of!

        SLOW DOWN!

        ACTUALLY I DO NOT KNOW WHY I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AFTER GETTING A CRAPPY DEAL ON AN 09 COROLLA. THE SALES MANAGER TACKED ON EXTENDED WARRANTY BY HIDING THE PAPERWORK THAT INDICATED IT AWAY FROM ME WHILE I WAS SIGNING THE DEAL. I LATER FOUND OUT THIS WAS AGAINST THE LAW FROM THE SALES MANAGER FROM AN AWESOME DLRSHIP IN AUSTIN. ANYWAY I DROVE MY CAR IN FROM AUSTIN TO GET AN OIL CHANGE ON A SATURDAY. IT TOOK WAY TOO LONG AFTER BEING PUT IN THEIR QUICK LUBE. ALMOST 2 HRS. WHEN I GOT IT BACK I NOTICED IT WAS RUNNING KIND OF LOUD AS IF I HAD EXHAUST. MY GF AND I DROVE ACROSS TOWN TO GRAB A BITE WHEN I NOTICED THAT SMOKE STARTED TO COME OUT FROM BENEATH THE HOOD. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY SERVICE ADVISOR AND TOLD HIM THAT THE QUICK LUBE MECHANIC HAD FORGOTTEN TO PUT MY OIL CAP BACK ON AND OIL WAS SPILLED ALL OVER MY ENGINE. SO INSTEAD OF COMING TO SA AND RELAXING WITH MY FAMILY AND GF I SPENT HALF A DAY TRYING TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF. OF COURSE THEY APOLIGIZED AND OFFERED TO REFUND SOME OF MY SERVICE. THANK GOD FOR THE COOL SERVICE MANAGER WHO SAW THAT THIS WAS A LITTLE OUT OF ORDER. HE ENDED REFUNDING ME THE TOTAL AMOUNT DETAILED MY CAR. BUT THE FACT IS MY CAR NEVER RAN THE SAME. THEY NEED TO HAVE SOME KIND OF QUALITY CHECK OR JUST SLOW DOWN. MY CAR COST WAS A VERY PRIZED POSSESSION AND THEY JUST TREATED ME AS IF I TOOK IT TO JOSE DOWN THE CORNER. THEY CHARGE SO MUCH THAT THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.
