Neal Elementary serves students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school has a staff that includes an administrative assistant, counselor, nurse, instructional specialist, technologist and speech therapists. In addition, Neal Elementary operates a counseling department that serves as a resource for students, parents and its staff and provides consultation, individual and group counseling, developmental lessons and coordination services. The school operates a parent-teacher association that works in partnership with the school s principal and staff, as well as the community to provide programs and services that enhance the educational environment for all its students. Neal Elementary is a part of the San Antonio Independent School District. The school is located in San Antonio.
