Nail Miracle

I've been going to this nail salon for a few years and have been happy with the work they do. Yesterday we got my daughters nails done by a new girl she did a horrible job my daughter was not happy. I called the salon spoke to the manager and she told me to come back in an she would fix the problem. Well we went back and they have her a brand new set of nails. My daughter walked out very happy and I was amazed how well they handled the situation. I will continue to go back and will continue to recommend this salon to others.

After going to a guy near my home for nearly 5 years he was starting get sloppy with nails. A good friend recommended this place which is on the other side of town for me. I did a walk in and right away got a seat. Jennifer the manager did my nails and did them very well. I was impressed. However their communication skills need some work. Talked the whole time in their language (which if you have had your nails done before is quite uncomfortable) to a fellow worker there and when I tried asking her a question she looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation. Younger guy with spikey hair and glasses was talking very loud and was rude. I am all about customer service but every girl wants their nails to be perfect and I got pretty darn close so aside from the lack of communication with the employees I will be going back again.
