These people are very inexpensive and rightly so... you get what you pay for. They did not verify anything. The funeral director falsified vital statistical documents on the death certificate. They took their time in completing the cremation process and did not even spell the name correctly. Jesus always had an excuse for everything. My best friend and partner did not even look peaceful. He was placed in a coffin too small for him and it was rented. It has been 3 months and the death certificate is still not corrected. I would not trust this company with any of your loved ones. Maybe that is why it is cash only. They do not have a facility for the process. We are not even sure if the remains we received are truly his. They sent him to Von Ormy ,Texas for cremation.

I would definetly look elsewhere for a more professional company.

Don't trust these people. They are crooks and liars. All those good reviews you see with 5 stars are written by that witch who runs the office. These individuals ripped off my family and lied to them. My family didn't recieve anything they promissed.

I am going to sue them and I am also filing many complaints about them with the authorities in the city and the state. This guy left my mama in the funeral home with no refrigeration. That's right, he has no refrigeration for your loved one.

My mama was stink'n and falling apart. I really wish anyone who wants a funeral done by these idiots think about it first! Don't trust them, don't let them have you

relative.... I'm warning you! They abused my poor mama! God Bless you.

I contacted this funeral home about 30 min after my dad went to heaven. Jesus was always a complete professional and sensitive to our family's needs. He is knowledgeable, considerate, was always on time and his prices are the best in town. If you are looking for luxury this is probably not the place for you. But if you want the best prices without sacrificing service I highly recommend Monte Cristo Mortuary. Thank you Jesus for your courtesy and great service.
