Meridian Care Of San Antonio

Do not send your love one to this facility. My father was there just for a few days until he was found outside at 2am on the ground due to a fall. He was taken back into the facility where staff members drew blood, checked vitals, and left him unresponsive for about 16hours. My father was sent to the ER hours later where he suffered from head trauma and was rushed into emergency surgery. Prior to this incident my father was able to speak, eat, drink, and move around with no help and now ….. THANKS to Meridian Care on 7181 Crestway San Antonio Tx my father CAN NOT do any of these things!!!
