        I am very unhappy with your po...

        I am very unhappy with your policy as far as the gift card. A friend bought me a gift card. I went a got my massage (with Luke) and was very happy. I gave him a $15.00 tip. When I went to pay, the receptionist asked me if I wanted to put a tip on the card and said no that I tipped him in cash. She then handed back my card, which I though was sort of odd since I used it all (so I thought). I asked her if there was anything left on the card and she told me yes there was $10.00. I called there today and asked why I had a $10.00 balance. She told me that there was a $10.00 gratuity on the card. Had I been told that in the first place, I would have never given him a cash tip. So I guess Luke got a $25.00 tip. I will not be redeeming the $10.00 card. I work right down the sidewalk and was hoping to get a weekly massage................but not now!
