    We had a very unfortunate experience this evening at the Bitters Rd restaurant. We had a group of 17. I went early to get a table but they would not seat us until at least 10 were there. Service was slow with drinks and ordering, but not unusual for so many. However, our meal service was horrible. My husband was served one of the first. Meals came out 2 and 3 at at time and then after over an hour, when everyone was finished eating, one other person and I got our meals. You would expect the management to offer some compensation for such abysmal service, but no. Then came getting the bills, again we waited and waited. Finally I had to tell the waiter that my husband and I had not gotten our bill again after he had collected payment from the rest of the group. Food when it came was okay but not great. The shrimp fajitas were tasteless. DO NOT GO WITH A GROUP!

    I use to go to the Blanco restaurant, great food quality and service. For the past few months I've gone to the BITTERS restaurant because its closer to my home. BITTERS food quality and service is substandard. The shrimp quality there is that of a regular Walmart bag no taste or flavor. The service there is no where close to the standards of Blanco. I frequent the restaurant 3-4 times a month spending an average of 80.00. I think they need to change out the management, retrain the waiters and QC the food. I'll give it one more chance, if no changes are made I will take my business elsewhere. Frustrated costumer

    Customer service is great, sometimes service can be slow when they're busy, but the food is worth the wait. Haven't had a dish I didn't like. Seafood Ceviche is my favorite-too big to finish.
