Raul was a life-saver! I just purchased a home which had been left in a filthy condition. I needed it cleaned immediately - before the movers arrived with furniture. Even though we lived outside of Maid in America's normal service area, Raul was able to help us - just in the nick-of-time. The crew arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and worked diligently for 7-hours straight. They responded positively to everything extra I asked for them clean. They cleaned better than I could have ever hoped. I strongly recommend Maid in America to anyone!

They know how I like things done and get right to it. When asked to do additional tasks, like vacuuming the upolstery occasionally, they are willing do it. Maid in America is the type of business that I enjoy employing. They deliver what they agree to deliver. If any issue arises (they always to when you invite someone into your home to work) they listen and respond to our needs. We have had may circumstances when our regular cleaning day will not work and we need to change. This problem is always recognized and accommodation made. This is always an open negotiation, our desire cannot, understandably, always be met, but some agreement can always be reached. As far as cleaning, they do all that is requested. We have used many services in San Antonio during the past decade and this is the best by far. We have been their clients for several years and have no plans to change.
