M-Star Hotel San Antonio Sea World

I QOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!
I checked in the hotel with in 5 mins I pulled back the sheets to find pee in the bed and soaking the sheets. When i reported it to manager he didn't believe me and asked to come view it. So he felt how wet and nasty the bed were then stands there looking at me like I'm crazy mind you it's about 1in the morning. So I ask him can they change my room and he tells me no. I demanded my money back then because there was no way I was sleeping indirty pisses bed for 100$

Do not use!!!!! Charged us for a reservation and when we called to cancel within a couple of hours told us they could not refund us. CROOKED !!!! THIEF !!!! BAD BUSINESS !!!

Really good place to stay if you are coming to San Antonio! Really close to Sea World for the family and the rooms are clean. Lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Breakfast is included too. I'll be back!

Had to call the health department on this horrible "motel" not hotel. Very Mean and hostile owners. They are very cheap. The maid thru the blanket and beadspread on the floor and then was going to put it back on the bed, when i complained to management i was told very rudely to wash it myself! And "I should of brought my own". Are you kidding me??? The coffee was so weak it was transparent. The clothes dryer ate my money...no refunds. Just a horrible experience, after being charged nearly $300.00 for a weeks stay. Stay away from this awful place and rude, hostile management!!!!
