i called to get the actual location of the burial site and the rep did not know location. He kept me on hold for 5 minutes and returned to phone suggesting for me to call back in the morning at 8am when office opened. Funeral arrangements are very expensive. Our services were not free. Not only are we grieving now we are left with stress trying to find this location. coming from out of town, staff should be better trained and more informed.

Horrible experience.. They were not able to help out at all.. We had a funeral for our aunt and when we went to the cemetery they forgot our cross that we paid for instead they took off the roseary from our aunts casket and gave that to us because they forgot the cross at the funeral home. They even showed up 20 min late to the cemetery while the whole family and friends were waiting in the hot weather...
