I thouroughly enjoyed my meal, and look forward to returning. The 'SOPE's are excellent and just like those I had in Cuernavaca, Mx.. The fish was an absolute delite (I wanted to take the condiments home with me), the 'Agua Lemonada' was a refreshing delight, and the staff were numerous, very friendly, and did an excellent job - especially for a fairly new restaruant. I hope to return very soon to try one of the 'Moquehetes'(sp?) that looked sooooo gooood.

The mural on the north side of the building is absolutely beautiful!!!

Overall
Great Food

FYI: If the name on this webpage hasn’t been corrected yet: The name is La Gloria Ice House no La Gloria Mexican Restaurant.

The food tasted great!

This is not your typical Mexican restaurant and they aren’t trying to be. Don’t expected chips and salsa on the table and rice and beans with your meal.

The portions are small so if you are super hungry you better order extra.

I will be back.

My only issue is the order system. You take your order at the register when you first walk in. There is not much room when it starts to get crowed. They may need to add a “rope line” for people to line up in.
