Horrible customer service!! First time there and was treated rudely by man who said he was the owner! Will not be visiting again.

Rude and sarcastic right off the bat.

I just wanted to let u know this was my 1st time there and my last. went i to see what all the store had to offer. ended up spending over 130.00 bought clothes,a bouncer and a swing. when i went up to pay, a man came up to the cashier and put a blue tag in front of the cashier and said this is the tag off the outfit. was not sure at first what he was talking about but the lady asked me if the outfit my little one was wearing was his. I said to the man: my child came in with this on. It is 40degrees outside he did not come in naked." after he said what he said it dawned on me he was saying i was trying to steal an outfit , i just wanted to get out of there i was so embaressed.I just spent 130.00 and he was accusing me of stealing. sorry but the man could of handled it in another manner and asked me instead of making a scene in front of everyone making me look like i was a criminal. i will NEVER go there again and i will make sure none of my friends and family step foot inthere either.

extremely rude staff, old fashioned style clothing, ridiculously high prices. the scary clown that greets you as you walk in hints at what you are about to experience in this store. never again will i go there!

If you want to get good money for your gently used items it is better to try a garage sale! The ladies who took my stuff were very critical of what I had and only took four of the fifteen items I brought in. They even left out the items that had tags still on them. Most of the items had never been worn. They did not offer any explainations as to why they did not take the other items. But they took the most expensive two dresses(about $80 new) that I had an only offered me $8.00 for them. The payout was a little too fast to comprehend. The lady told me what the items would retail for and then calculated 40% of that and that is what I get. When I calculated at home I got a higher number. I would not recommend selling anything to Kids Junction unless you are willing to basically give your items away.
