        Overall

        I had a bad experience Friday 07-12-13 a Ingram Park mall JC penny . Manager in charge name Brenda has really bad customer service . I didn't know JC penny allow too refuse customer service if they aren't able to fix the problem .She even called under cover security to escort me . But Manager Linsey was very nice I was able to purchase my things . I think general manager Mr Nelson should have a talk to Brenda about how to handle customer service . An not to make a seen in front of customers .
